How does the process start?
Our process starts well before taking delivery of the vehicle..
We hand select our vehicles, scouring the country to find the finest examples possible. Often we buy direct from the previous owner, main dealer part exchanges and make use of our extensive network of contacts.
Vehicles are collected around the country by ourselves, we love meeting the seller and allowing us to ensure they are up to our standard after performing a rigorous pre-delivery inspection before enjoying the drive back down to sunny Devon.
The vehicle safely arrives at our workshop, complete with a list of observations about the car taken from the drive home, ahead of our multi point inspection inside the workshop. This proves invaluable in allowing us to get to know the vehicle.

Our workshop manager and trained technician takes a detailed inspection of the vehicle and an additional test drive, noting any further undiagnosed work needs addressing to bring the vehicle up to our high standard of mechanical preparation and ensure peace of mind for both parties.
The mechanical preparation we carry out is all encompassing, from brakes and tyres, trim pieces, exhausts and batteries to fitting new clutches, we leave no stone unturned in our journey to bringing the vehicle up to Qwerty Standard.
All of the mechanical work undertaken is documented and proven through separate maintenance receipts to accompany your paperwork, you do not just have to take our word. Our preparation will be a key selling point if you come to part ways with your Qwerty car later down the road..
The goal we strive for is for no vehicle of ours to require any maintenance for at least 1 year of regular driving. However, used cars do not always work with us. We are pleased to provide further peace of mind through insuring all our vehicles with a complimentary 3 months warranty.
We service the car with new fluids and filters, if not received in the last 6 months and send the vehicle off to our partner garage for a new MOT test, if required - 9 months or less. Cam-belt services will be carried out if it has not been changed within the manufacturer's specifications. We really do go the extra mile..
Once we have reached a level of mechanical preparation we strive for, it is now time for our valeting department to take charge.
The vehicle will undertake a multi-stage valet and detail using only the best products AutoGlym have to offer. Ensuring both the interior and exterior are in the best condition possible.
